ABAK TileGrout XP is an enhanced polymer-modified, water-resistant, anti-fungal tile grout designed for demanding applications. It is a premixed blend of cement and special organic ingredients formulated to fill gaps between tiles, creating strong and long-lasting tile joints. With its non-slump nature, it is suitable for both vertical and horizontal joints. ABAK TileGrout XP is available in two variants, for grouting tile joints up to 4mm and for grouting from 4-8mm. It is offered in a wide range of colours to match various design requirements.

Application Area
ABAK TileGrout XP is specially designed for interior and covered exterior floor and wall joints of all types of ceramic tile, vitreous and semi-vitreous tile, glass mosaic tiles, metal tiles, precast terrazzo, engineered stone floors, and natural stones. It is recommended for use in institutional and commercial kitchens, cafeterias, residential facilities, restrooms, schools, and wet areas such as swimming pools and washrooms.
